QR Check-In is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee any specific uptime or service level agreement (SLA). The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Account Responsibilities

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Event access tokens are secret URLs. You are responsible for keeping them secure and sharing them only with intended recipients.

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of any data you collect through the service. QR Check-In does not claim ownership over your event data, check-in records, or any other content you create or upload. You may export or delete your data at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QR Check-In and its maintainers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

The service is provided free of charge, and you acknowledge that the absence of fees is reflected in the scope of liability.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for any account that violates these terms, engages in abusive behavior, or poses a risk to other users or the service itself. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

7. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
